Living Patterns Project
About

A therapeutic practice platform, built by a clinician for the people she has worked with for years.

The approach

Living Patterns Project is a slow, deliberate practice for people working through recurring patterns — in themselves, in relationships, in the way life keeps arriving. The work here is not designed to be fast. It is designed to be done day after day, for as long as it takes.

It does not coddle. It does not lecture. It assumes you are capable of the work, and offers a structured place to do it.

Who it is for

People who function well on the outside and are struggling on the inside. People who can name their patterns and trace their histories with precision, and have found that understanding has not been enough. People in or adjacent to recovery. Professionals navigating burnout. Anyone whose nervous system learned early that big emotions were unsafe.

The language is direct. The pace is slow. The work is one's own.
